Terms of Service

Terms governing access to and use of PuraRoute proxy services.
Aug 19, 2026

Effective date: August 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PuraRoute website, console, dynamic residential proxy traffic, static residential proxy resources, wallet, order management, documentation, support, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). “PuraRoute,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means the PuraRoute contracting entity identified in your order confirmation, invoice, or other commercial document.

By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

1. Eligibility and account registration

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must not be prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable law. The Services are not intended for children.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by your employees, contractors, applications, subaccounts, and anyone using credentials issued through your account. Keep login credentials, two-factor authentication secrets, proxy usernames, and proxy passwords confidential. Notify us promptly through the support channel in the console if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. The Services

PuraRoute provides access to proxy network resources and related management tools, including:

  • dynamic residential proxy traffic with supported geographic targeting and rotating or sticky sessions;
  • static residential proxy endpoints allocated by product type, region, protocol, quantity, and available inventory;
  • live quotes, orders, wallet balances, payment status, usage records, resource status, and notifications; and
  • configuration tools and code examples for supported proxy protocols.

Actual countries, regions, suppliers, protocols, ports, inventory, session options, capacity, and performance may vary. The current information shown in the console at the time of a quote or allocation controls over marketing descriptions or examples.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, the Services do not include legal advice, permission to access third-party systems, or a guarantee that a particular third-party website will accept proxy traffic.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and only when you have the rights and permissions required for your activity. You are responsible for the targets you access, the data you collect or transmit, your request rate, your configuration, and compliance with applicable laws, contractual restrictions, website terms, robots instructions where applicable, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and data protection requirements.

You must not use, attempt to use, or allow the Services to be used to:

  • gain unauthorized access to an account, device, network, database, or service;
  • conduct credential stuffing, phishing, malware delivery, denial-of-service activity, vulnerability exploitation, or security-control circumvention;
  • send spam or unsolicited communications, create fake engagement, manipulate advertising, or commit fraud or impersonation;
  • collect, trade, or expose personal, financial, health, authentication, or other sensitive data without a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights;
  • facilitate illegal goods, exploitation, harassment, threats, surveillance prohibited by law, or other unlawful activity;
  • interfere with the integrity, availability, or performance of PuraRoute, its suppliers, or other users; or
  • resell, share, transfer, or sublicense an account or resource unless your plan or a written agreement expressly permits it.

You must follow reasonable rate limits, supplier restrictions, technical safeguards, and abuse-prevention instructions. We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict traffic, credentials, regions, targets, or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, suppliers, third parties, or the Services.

4. Quotes, orders, wallet, and payment

Prices displayed on marketing pages are informational unless explicitly identified as a binding quote. Before a purchase, the console requests a current quote based on the selected product, amount, duration, region, inventory, promotions, fees, and payment method. A quote may expire or change before you submit an order.

You authorize us to charge the selected payment method or deduct the confirmed amount from your wallet. You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank fees, blockchain or payment-network fees, currency conversion, and other charges disclosed before confirmation. Wallet value is a prepaid balance for eligible PuraRoute purchases; it is not a bank account, deposit, stored-value investment, or interest-bearing product.

Orders are subject to payment confirmation, fraud review, inventory, and successful allocation. A submitted order does not guarantee fulfillment. If an order fails before fulfillment, the console will display the resulting order or wallet status and any applicable reversal.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a product-specific offer, purchased traffic, allocated resources, consumed services, promotional credit, and expired resources are non-refundable. If you believe a charge or allocation is incorrect, contact support promptly with the order number and relevant evidence.

5. Traffic, resources, renewal, and expiration

Dynamic residential traffic is measured using the usage records shown in the console. Measurement may include traffic required to establish, relay, retry, and close proxy connections. Traffic batches may have their own activation, validity, or expiration rules disclosed at purchase.

Static residential resources are allocated from current inventory and may be unavailable, replaced, suspended, or reassigned when a supplier withdraws capacity, a resource becomes unusable, or the service period ends. Where auto-renewal is available, you are responsible for keeping sufficient wallet balance and reviewing the renewal setting. Enabling auto-renewal does not guarantee renewal when inventory, payment, compliance, or supplier conditions prevent it.

You should export or record information you need before an account or resource expires. Credentials for expired, deleted, disabled, or suspended resources may stop working immediately.

6. Third-party services and network suppliers

The Services rely on network suppliers, hosting providers, payment processors, communications providers, and other third parties. Third-party websites and systems accessed through a proxy are not controlled or endorsed by PuraRoute. Their terms, privacy practices, security controls, and availability apply independently.

We may change a supplier or infrastructure component when reasonably necessary to maintain security, compliance, capacity, or service quality. If the core nature of a prepaid Service is materially reduced during its paid term, we will provide any remedy required by law or the relevant commercial agreement.

7. Intellectual property and feedback

PuraRoute and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, website, console, software, documentation, branding, and related materials. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services during the applicable service period.

You retain rights in content and configurations you lawfully submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to transmit, process, secure, and support that content as part of providing the Services. If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.

8. Security, monitoring, and privacy

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect the Services. No network service is completely secure. You must use secure systems, rotate exposed credentials, restrict internal access, and avoid placing secrets in source code, screenshots, tickets, or public repositories.

We may process account, order, resource, connection, usage, device, and security information to operate the Services, calculate usage, prevent abuse, respond to incidents, and comply with law. Our processing practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable Services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific success rate, a particular IP reputation, or compatibility with every destination. Maintenance, supplier changes, internet conditions, target-site controls, legal restrictions, and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. If we materially discontinue a prepaid Service before the end of its paid term for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide the remedy, if any, required by applicable law or the relevant commercial agreement.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you breached these Terms, created a security or legal risk, failed to pay, caused harm to the network or another party, or if a supplier or authority requires us to act. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure; urgent threats may require immediate action.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Outstanding payment obligations, ownership provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity obligations, and provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” PuraRoute disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful and suitable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, even if advised that such loss is possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuraRoute’s aggregate liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify PuraRoute and its affiliates, personnel, and suppliers against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your content or targets, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by PuraRoute’s breach, negligence, or willful misconduct.

14. Governing terms and disputes

The governing law and contracting entity stated in your order, invoice, or separate agreement apply. If no governing-law term is stated, the law of the registered jurisdiction of the PuraRoute contracting entity applies, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact support and describe the dispute. Both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve it for at least 30 days, unless urgent relief or a shorter statutory deadline is required.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security, or operational changes. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, console, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

16. Contact

Questions, notices, or complaints may be submitted through the support channel available in the PuraRoute console or through the contact method shown on your order or invoice.
